We are excited to share with you the Farming Women’s Business and Personal Development Program SHINE, made possible through Smart Ag Queensland. Modelled on the success of the delivery of GROW, a women’s leadership program to over 700 women in NSW, this program has been developed and refined on the back of learnings and feedback. We are thrilled with the program and delivery outline we have in front of us and can't wait to bring it to the very patient women in plant industries in Queensland.

Shine will be delivered in a blended fashion – starting with a face to face workshop in 4 locations (St George, Goondiwindi, Dalby and Emerald) and will move to a series of webinars. The program have 4 focus areas

  • Managing your business – business planning and strategy
  • Managing yourself – time management, goal setting, personal effectiveness and communication
  • Manage your team – staff and team management
  • Manage your risk – WHS, IP risk, Cyber risk

The program will be content rich and loaded with resources to help women make simple yet impactful change in their lives and businesses.
