Is there such a thing as a Christmas miracle? YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT!

We’re going back to where it all began: a small, intimate concert (only 1000 people 😱) featuring the legendary John Williamson performing atop the iconic Big Red - just like we did back in 2013.

This is more than a concert - it’s a step back to the roots of the magic that is Big Red & the Aussie Outback. A never to be repeated event, and you have the chance to be a part of it!

The Big Red Sunset Concert will happen exactly 12 years to the day from the original 2013 concert, on Tuesday, 8 July 2025. You can choose to camp overnight at Big Red or just stay for the show and camp back in Birdsville.

NEW YEARS EVE
31st December 2025
Cameron Corner Store presents New Years at the Corner - the only place you can ring in the New Year 3 times over in one place!

Camerons Corner, located at the junction of Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia, is a unique spot for New Year's Eve celebrations. The remote and scenic location offers a chance to experience a different kind of celebration, often surrounded by stunning outback landscapes.

Many visitors enjoy a laid-back atmosphere, perhaps with a barbecue, stargazing, and a few drinks. Since it's quite remote, accommodations can fill up quickly, so planning ahead is key.

There aren’t many places you can celebrate New Year’s Eve three times over, but in the centre of everywhere Cameron Corner offers just that!

The New Years Eve Party is based at the Cameron Corner Store but will move to the Corner Post at 10.30pm for the first New Years at 11pm (NSW), then 11.30pm (SA) then again at 12am (QLD).

Bring swags, camps, water and plenty of energy to participate in the fun games that is "New Years at the Corner"!
