You will lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, manage recruitment and selection, manage and report on budgets and KPI’s, report to internal and external stakeholders.

This position is focused on clinical experienced candidates.  We will require candidates to be a qualified AHPRA Registered Nurse, ideally with active age care experience and knowledge are desirable.

This position will require you as a Clinical Service Manager to be happy to work 3 days on the floor per week as a Registered Nurse.  You will assist residents with high and low care needs.  A variety of shifts are available.
