The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Eromanga Natural History Museum, including staff coordination, facility management, and operational planning. Key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth execution of museum activities, managing budgets, supervising onsite tours and events, and implementing strategies to enhance visitor experience. The role also involves maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and fostering partnerships with stakeholders in the community and scientific fields.

Proven leader in hospitality management to support daily operations, maintain high standards of service, point of contact for all guest enquiries, assist in stock management, staff performance management, ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing laws, regulatory requirements.
