Parts Interpreter

We have an exciting opportunity available to join the O'Brien Toyota team as a Parts Interpreter in St George.
So what's the role about?
This is an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of O'Brien Toyota.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to an efficient and profitable parts and accessories department, through the purchase and resale of parts and accessories required for all vehicles merchandised by the dealership.
• Responsibilities include:
• Answering the parts phone and interpreting parts
• Attend to requests efficiently and courteously
• Supporting the Service Department and liaising with
technicians and other internal staff
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Providing high-level customer service
• Other duties as directed
Essential criteria for the ideal candidate:
• Team player
• Well presented
• Self motivated and highly organised
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team
• Excellent communication skills
• Good level computer skills
• Mechanically minded
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Current drivers license essential
• Toyota experience would be highly regarded
• Forklift license preferred but not essential
